A gift card is a prepaid card that substitutes cash and allows the recipient to make purchases up to the card’s value, at a Shop which issued the gift card. It’s a popular gift option because it gives the recipient the freedom to choose the items they need or want.
Does Featsy have gift cards?
Yes – Featsy has a variety of e-gift cards you can purchase – general, birthday, graduation celebration, I’m sorry, It’s a Boy, It’s a Surprise, It’s a Girl – to name a few.
How do I purchase an e-gift card on Featsy?
- On our home page – select the “Shop” option
- Choose the “Gift card” category and all the gift card options will be displayed
- Choose the value of your gift card from as little as R150
- Complete the required fields – From | To | date you would like the gift card to be sent | customized message
- Add the gift card to your cart and follow the checkout process.
What denominations are available for gift cards?
We offer gift cards in several denominations, allowing you to choose the value that suits your budget and gifting needs from R150 up to R1500
Do gift cards have an expiration date?
Yes they do. A gift card is valid for one year.
Can I return or exchange a gift card for cash?
No you can’t. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please review our Returns Policy return policy for specific details.
Can I use a gift card for delivery?
No – a gift card cannot be used to pay for delivery fees.
What are Featsy’s Gift Card Guidelines?
- a Featsy gift card can only be redeemed on Featsy.co.za
- a Featsy gift card is non-refundable once used
- a Featsy gift card is non-refundable once bought
- a Featsy gift card is valid for 1 year and should be redeemed within this timeframe
- a Featsy gift card excludes shipping fees
- a Featsy gift card cannot be redeemed for cash
- a Featsy gift card cannot be used to purchase another voucher or be bought using coupons
