How to make my account more secure?
Your account security is important to us. Here are a few tips to help you enhance the security of your Featsy account to help protect your account and personal information from unauthorised access:
- Choose a strong and unique password. A strong password is a combination of characters, numbers, and symbols that is difficult for others to guess.
- Here are some tips for creating a strong password:
- – Length (at least 12-15 characters)
– Complexity: Include a mix of uppercase & lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (e.g., !, @, #, $, %).
– Avoid personal information
– Avoid common words and patterns
– Use a unique password
– Avoid dictionary words
– Randomness: Try to make your password as random as possible.
– Passphrase: Consider using a passphrase - Avoid using public or shared devices to log in to your account.
- Regularly update your password and avoid using the same password for multiple accounts.
- Be cautious with sharing your account information and avoid clicking on suspicious links or emails.
What to do if I suspect fraud on my account?
If you suspect any fraudulent activity or unauthorised access in your Featsy account, it is advisable to change your password first and then take the following steps:
- Go to Featsy.co.za
- “Log In” to your account and from the dropdown menu choose “Dashboard”
- On your Dashboard choose ‘‘Orders’’ from the menu on the left. Review your recent account activity and transactions for any unusual or unauthorised actions. If you find anything suspicious contact Featsy’s customer support team at customercare@featsy.co.za to report the suspected fraud.
If necessary, inform your bank or payment provider to stop your credit cards or a transaction. Featsy does not store your financial information.
