How do I contact Featsy support?

For any inquiries or assistance, you can also to send the support team a message by visiting the “Contact Us” page on our website. Here’s how:

Go to Featsy.co.za
Click on the icon “Log In” button at the top right corner of the page
Click on ‘Contact Us’ at the bottom of the homepage
Complete the contact form with your query or concern, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

There are two ways in which to contact a seller.

Send a mail to customercare@featsy.co.za with the title SELLER QUERY and we will forward your query to the seller.

Alternatively

If you have purchased from a particular seller you can contact them via your dashboard by raising a support ticket from the particular order
