How do I contact Featsy support?

For any inquiries or assistance, you can also to send the support team a message by visiting the “Contact Us” page on our website. Here’s how:

  • Go to Featsy.co.za   
  • Click on the icon Log In” button at the top right corner of the page
  • Click on ‘Contact Us’ at the bottom of the homepage
  • Complete the contact form with your query or concern, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Alternatively, please send us an email to the following and we can help you with account, shop, or purchasing issues.

How do I contact a seller?

There are two ways in which to contact a seller.

  • If you have purchased from a particular seller you can contact them via your dashboard by raising a support ticket from the particular order
