The crafter is the entry level membership – you have access to basic Featsy functionality – such as:

When do I pay my membership fees?
- Membership fees are payable at the beginning of the month, in advance.
- You will pay for the membership fee through the website shopping cart, and will be reminded on the first of the month
How do I change my membership package?
- Go to your Stall Dashboard
- Select Stall Manager
- Under the Welcome heading – your current membership option is displayed in Red.
- Click on your current membership option
- The details of your current membership will be displayed
- You need to first CANCEL your current membership (on the top right of your membership details) before you can change it
- Click on CANCEL
- Confirm your choice
- Select Membership from your member and at the bottom of the detail on the right
- Once you have cancelled – click on the link Change or Upgrade your current membership plan
Can I cancel my membership?
- Yes you can cancel your membership at anytime by the 25th of the prior month.
